Copy desktop or post it on the board?
If your trying to post it on the board. Photobucket has tags that make it easy to post it. Just use the ones that use [/img] Photobucket likes to re-size your photos. You can change this with the options where you up-load pics. Example, (max image size: 800 x 600 (options)) You can make it higher or lower. Most message boards want 800 x 600 so it won't stretch the thread off the screen. For my desktop I selected 1 megabyte file size. To copy your desktop. Hit the Print Screen key on your keypad. Then hit the "Windows" and the "R" (without the quotes) keys at the same time. This will open the run box. Type in "mspaint" (without the quotes) In mspaint click edit and paste. Save it as a JPEG file. It should end in .jpg. I hope this helps. — Dwaggie

Still didn't work! (Doh!) Did all that, but screen didn't take! Am I supposed to wait between steps? Hold it! Think I found the problem! Brother has a Snagit' program on computer. It must think I'm snagging a video - it makes computer go many minutes before capture complete! (But the screen didn't take - still!)

Did i say Snagit'? I meant Comtasia'. That program was trying to copy every move I made with the computer - that was the problem! (Brother needs it for business when interacting with clients in realtime.)

Are you aloud to install programs on the computer? I have one that might do the trick. You don't use the print screen key at all with this program. It will by-pass Comtasia only if you are using it.

It's not really my computer, so i have to ask. Depends on how big the program is, whether or not it will interfere with the other programs, whether or not it costs money and if it's secure enough.

It's a simple picture editor and it is a FREEWARE. It's about 3MB in size. This editor view and save in a lot of picture file formats, including JPEG, bitmap (mspaint), gif, and Photoshop format. Let me know if your aloud and I'll post up the link.
